    Hi! I’m Nicole –

    As a busy wife, mom of three amazing teens, passionate yoga practitioner and instructor, educator, counselor, integrative health coach, and a true lover of dogs and nature, I understand just how vital sleep is for living a balanced and fulfilling life.

    For many years, I strived to lead a healthy lifestyle, yet I found myself sabotaging my own goals by neglecting my sleep. I would stay up too late, scrolling on my phone or convincing myself I needed just one more hour to relax or “get things done.” I justified it as something I could make up for later, telling myself, “I’ll catch up on the weekend.” But this mindset left me feeling exhausted, irritable, and unable to show up as my best self for my family or myself.

    My journey of self-discovery led me to an important realization: true happiness and well-being come from looking at life holistically, with sleep as a cornerstone of health. I learned that my physical, mental, and emotional health were deeply interconnected and that addressing them together was the key to thriving. As a certified integrative health coach and yoga instructor, I’ve seen firsthand how nourishing our bodies and minds—including prioritizing restorative sleep—can transform how we feel, function, and live.

    Nature has always been my sanctuary, and through it, I’ve found inspiration for holistic wellness and deep rest. I’m incredibly grateful for the mentors, teachers, and experiences that have shaped my journey. Their wisdom inspired me to pay it forward, helping others uncover the habits and practices that support true well-being. One of my key focuses is on addressing the obstacles to good sleep, whether it’s late-night screen time, stress, or the endless demands of a busy life, and guiding you toward restful nights and refreshed mornings.

    As an educational psychologist and integrative wellness coach, I’ve learned that sleep isn’t just a luxury—it’s a necessity for our mental clarity, emotional balance, and overall vitality. With a growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning, I’ve come to understand how essential sleep is for navigating life with energy, resilience, and joy.

    Being a mom to three incredible humans inspires my work daily. I want to help others discover their own paths to wellness, rooted in the power of restorative sleep. For me, feeling well isn’t just about longevity—it’s about living fully, with energy and presence. By prioritizing self-care and listening to my body’s need for rest, I’ve experienced how transformative it can be for both mental and physical health.

    I firmly believe that physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual peace are interconnected, with sleep as the foundation. My goal is to help others uncover the links between their habits and their overall health, guiding them toward a life that feels balanced and whole. I am especially passionate about supporting busy parents and showing young people the importance of honoring their bodies and minds, starting with a good night’s sleep.
